Fourpure Brewing Company
Bermondsey, London
Fourpure Brewing Company
Fourpure is a London based family brewery founded in 2013 by brothers Dan & Tom. Our approach to exceptional brewing is all about attention to detail, not cutting corners and innovating yet staying true to the principles of brewing – respecting the four core ingredients used to make beer: grain, yeast, hops and water. This was the inspiration for the name Fourpure. We produce a range of year round beers, available in keg and can format. It is not our normal practice to filter, fine or pasturise. They are designed to be accessible examples of their styles, inspired by our adventures. Suitable to be enjoyed with food or on their own. Since our birth in 2013, we’ve committed ourselves to producing the highest quality beers, and being at the forefront of brewing innovation and efficiency. Early in 2014 we were the very first UK-based craft brewery to start can their core range. Customers expect their beer to be fresh and flavorful and we believe that cans - with their protection from light and superior seal, combined with lower environmental impact - help us to get them the beer in the best possible condition!

Southwark Brewing Co.
Southwark, London
Southwark Brewing Co.
After over 30 years in the brewing industry, Peter Jackson decided it was time to do his own thing and set up his own micro-brewery. Originally from the North East, Peter had previously lived and worked in London, and had, not to put too fine a point on it, drunk in many London Pubs. Having seen the growth of local breweries outside the capital, the beer range on the average London pub bar was fairly predictable, with any excitement coming from outside the capital. The opportunity seemed to be right for some new and exciting craft cask ales from the capital.Southwark Brewing Company was the result, founded in SE1 near the site of two of the biggest breweries in London – Barclay Perkins and Courage both closed down in the 80’s with many beers lost forever. Housed in a railway arch, it is a perfect location for brewing and supplying pubs throughout the capital. SE1 is a buzzing developing area now dominated by The Shard, over looking London Bridge Station which is undergoing a massive redevelopment to be open in 2018. Add to this London and Tower Bridges, the Thames Walk, Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe, HMS Belfast and many more tourist attractions, as well as many of the capitals best pubs.

Beavertown Brewery
Beavertown was set up in December 2011 by Logan Plant in the kitchen of Duke's Brew and Que, in De Beauvoir, Hackney, London. The brew house, situated opposite the two Smokers of the BBQ restaurant, runs at 4BBL per brew (650 litres - 1150 pints). In March of 2013 we moved out of our home at Duke's Brew & Que and into our new brew site at Unit 4 Stour Road, Fish Island, London E3 2NT. Now with a little bit more space we can push the boundaries of brewing and get more beer out to the thirsty masses. In May 2014 we moved to our new 11,000sqft space in Tottenham Hale. We upgraded to a 30BBL (50HL) brew house. We also sat our 'heartbeat' 4BBL kit next to Big Beaver to constantly push our Alpha's, experiments and minds!
Brewhouse And Kitchen Islington
Islington, London
Brewhouse And Kitchen Islington
Brewhouse and Kitchen is the brainchild of Simon Bunn and Kris Gumbrell. Having worked both for the big branded operators as well as Independents, and with, collectively, over 50 years’ experience in the hospitality/public houses industry, they have seen enormous changes within the sector, in particular the homogenised offering which dictates our localities. Their passion for quality craft beer coupled with their desire to offer a varied and interesting choice of quality food and drinks motivated them to resurrect the traditional British pub, but with a modern twist, and create Brewhouse & Kitchen. Snuggled behind Angel Tube station, where Torrens Street meets City Road, Brewhouse & Kitchen - Islington pub/restaurant is a great place to meet. Whether you are popping in for an after-work drink, a relaxed Sunday lunch or meeting up with a group of friends for a celebratory dinner you will be warmly welcomed. As you enter the double doors, the first thing you will notice is the relaxed but friendly atmosphere and possibly the delicate smell of hops, gently brewing in the micro-brewery nestled in the far corner of this stylish, yet cosy pub/restaurant.

Elgoods Brewery
Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Elgoods Brewery
The North Brink Brewery was built in 1795 and the brewhouse is a classic English Ale brewery and Elgood’s proudly carry on the brewing of their own beers for local and wider distribution across the UK. The process is carried out using equipment dating from 1910 to the present day, as a program of refurbishment of the brewery has been sympathetically carried out over the last few years. Elgood’s is also the only regional brewer in the country able to produce a Lambic-Style beer, due to owning a unique pair of open cooling trays, known as ‘coolship trays’. These are needed for the brewing process, allowing the beer to cool naturally overnight, attracting a range of wild yeasts and flavours dominant in the area. The beer then undergoes a spontaneous fermentation over a period of six to nine months.

The Cronx
Croydon
The Cronx
Former Alcohol Wholesaler, Mark Russell & Former City Worker, Simon Dale, met shortly before the London riots in 2011 at a beer festival, and found they both were having thoughts about starting up a new brewery in the area. Both born and raised in Croydon, where there has been no commercial brewery since 1954, the riots and subsequent renewal of community spirit convinced them to push ahead with their plans. After nearly a year of test brewing, planning and trying to find financial backing, The Cronx Brewery was formed. They had their commercial brewery equipment delivered on 10th July 2012, brewed for the first time commercially on 18th July 2012, and had their first beers on sale in Croydon pubs on Wednesday 8th August 2012, exactly one year after the riots occurred in Croydon. The first year of trading beat all expectations, and they now brew five permanent beers, as well as a range of special seasonal and one-off brews. ‘The Cronx’ is a portmanteau of Croydon (Or it’s postcode; CR0) and The Bronx, and has been used as an affectionate tongue in cheek reference to the often much maligned London Borough we call home.
The Kernel Brewery
Bermondsey, London, UK
The Kernel Brewery
The brewery springs from the need to have more good beer. Beer deserving of a certain attention. Beer that forces you to confront and consider what you are drinking. Upfront hops, lingering bitternesses, warming alcohols, bodies of malt. Lengths and depths of flavour. We make Pale Ales, India Pale Ales and old school London Porters and Stouts towards these ends. Bottled alive, to give them time to grow.

Five Points Brewing
Hackney, London
Five Points Brewing
The Five Points Brewing Company is a microbrewery brewery based in the heart of Hackney, East London. We brew beer that is unfiltered, unpasteurized and full of flavour – the sort of beer we enjoy drinking and we hope you enjoy drinking, too. We are a small, independent brewery, and we brew and package all our beer ourselves, on site here in East London. After many months of recipe development and trial brewing, we brewed our first batch of Five Points Pale Ale on our full commercial brewhouse on 9th March 2013. Our flagship Five Points Pale is one of our core range of four beers: Five Points Pale, Hook Island Red, Railway Porter and Five Points IPA. The first three are available in keg (served refreshingly chilled), cask (traditional ‘handpull’), and bottle, while our Five Points IPA is available in keg and bottle. We chose to be based in Hackney because the owners and founders live in Hackney, and it was important for us to be based in our local community. We strive to be a socially responsible business and employer, contributing to the community around us. We are a Living Wage employer, we run an apprenticeship scheme for 18-24 year olds in Hackney, we source our energy from 100% renewable sources, and we are committed to reinvesting a 5% of our profits in local charities and community projects.
Hiver Beers
London
Hiver Beers
Hiver sources raw honey from independent British beekeepers. Beekeepers say that good quality honey should not be pasteurised, the same way that brewers talk about good quality beer. The fact that bees forage in a three mile radius to the hive, means that the three honeys we source for Hiver are as varied and unique as the malted barley and hops that were picked during the recipe development stage. Honey beer as a style is incredibly traditional in the UK and we'll look forward to further exploring the old stories as well as bringing out new craft beers to show what honey and malts can really do together. The ethos of sourcing ‘all-British' became as important as the strive for a natural and quality driven brew and so Hiver will always go the extra mile to make sure that all our suppliers are British too, like the people that make our glass, print our bottles and stamp our business cards.

Jensen's Gin
Bermondsey, London
Jensen's Gin
It was in Japan, 2001 that Christian Jensen had his first taste of a vintage gin. A gin martini: carefully prepared, with a complexity and balance that was unmatched by modern-day gins. Through his research into the golden era of London gin-making, Christian discovered the legacy of gin-making in his neighbourhood, Bermondsey. It was this his first gin, Bermondsey Dry, was named for. Not long afterwards, the finding of a handwritten distiller’s notebook that documented forty years of gin-making inspired a new project, an Old Tom gin. Ten years on, the ambition remains the same, to make gin as good as can be..

Meantime
Greenwich, London
Meantime
Our commitment to creating great beer has seen us make the largest investment in craft brewing in London since 1930. We've built a state of the art brewery in Greenwich dedicated to giving our beer the time it needs to come into it's own, however long that time may be. For us we've found it's usually around six weeks to brew a batch of beer, but it's an art not science. When Meantime was just a seed of an idea back in the early 2000's it was always our vision to not only make great beer but to educate people about it too, that's why we've opened our brewery to the public, so you can come and be a part of the Meantime story. We have tours running at various times in the week, feel free to pop by.
